Bicycle Selection
Hotel Hengelo offers several types of bicycles. We have the standard Gazelle bicycle with 7 speeds and the Gazelle e-bike.
The 7-speed Gazelle, as the name suggests, allows you to shift between 7 different gears. When going up a hill, it is recommended to shift to a lower gear. When going down the hill, shift to a higher gear. The Gazelle 7-speed is ideal for avid cyclists who don’t need extra electric assistance.
Gazelle e-bike
The Gazelle e-bike uses an electric motor to give you a little extra help while you’re cycling. This allows you to easily reach higher speeds without feeling any resistance. Our Gazelle e-bikes are limited to a maximum speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

Bicycle Parking
We offer our hotel guests a secure, covered, and well-lit bicycle parking area equipped with a charging station. You are also welcome to park your own bicycle here. Use of the bicycle parking area is free for our hotel guests.
