Live Cooking

Every Friday and Saturday evening you can enjoy drinks and the Live Cooking spectacle. In a professional manner our cooks will prepare your dishes à la minute for you.

Live Cooking consists of:

• variation of culinary amuse-bouches
• an extensive salad buffet
• various meat and fish dishes, prepared à la minute by our cooks
• a range of warm dishes
• extensive dessert buffet with the most delicious sweet delicacies
• Selection of international cheeses

Live cooking includes coffee, tea and drinks that are part of the Dutch selection*

*Dutch selection: Heineken draught beer, house wine, soft drinks, fruit juice, port wine, sherry, vermouth and Dutch gin

You can make a table reservation for the time between 17.30h/5.30 p.m. and 19.00h/7 p.m.
Warm dishes will be replenished until 21.00h/9.00 p.m. Desserts will be available until 21.30h/9.30 p.m. and our service staff members will gladly serve you drinks until 22.00h/10.00 p.m.
