Suite Policy:
- Showing valid identification for both individuals is mandatory.
- A maximum of two people are allowed in the suite.
- You are required to sign our policy agreement upon check-in.
- It is not permitted to receive unregistered guests in the room.
- We require a deposit of €150.00 for the issuance of the room key, payable in cash, by card, or by leaving a credit card imprint as a guarantee. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the suite is left in proper condition.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time for our suites is 12:00 PM, after which we will inspect the room. Late check-out is not possible.
- Smoking is not permitted at Van der Valk Hotel Hengelo. Violation of this rule will result in a €150.00 charge for additional cleaning costs and/or damages incurred.
- Lighting candles/incense is strictly prohibited due to the fire alarm and fire hazard. (The security system will be activated immediately.)
- Damage, loss, or destruction of Hotel Hengelo’s property will lead to immediate removal, liability claims, and/or a report to the police.
- The use of drugs (in any form) and nitrous oxide is prohibited. If drugs are used or traded, the hotel management will involve the police and may proceed with removal without refund of payment or deposit.
